Calvin Nyuli BSc., a former 3-time Canadian Bodybuilding champion, graduated in 1995 from the University of BC with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Biochemistry. Shelley Nyuli, also a former Canadian Bodybuilding champion, grew up with horses and, after the couple married in 1984, they owned, but not trained, thoroughbred Racehorses until 1990.
